Arthur Piervincenti

Arthur H. Piervincenti received his undergraduate degree from Long Island University . He has a Masters Degree in Political Science and received his J.D. from Hofstra University School of Law. Arthur is admitted to practice in the State Courts of North Carolina and New York, as well as the Federal Courts of the Western District of North Carolina. Arthur focuses his practice on working with small business owners to help navigate the legal issues and unique situations that arise from being a business owner. Arthur also handles estate planning; working with families to plan for the many issues surrounding end of life, disabilty and incapacity.  In addition to law, Arthur teachers Civil Litigation at Central Piedmont Community College and State and Local Government at Mitchell Community College. He is a member of Top of the Lake Rotary Club in Mooresville, and Mooresville Winners Circle Business Networking International group.
